Attended the University of Pennsylvania as an undergraduate, and then studied dentistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he received his D.D.S. in 1981. He was selected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Fine completed a general dental residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He then returned to Baltimore, his hometown, to begin practicing general dentistry with Drs. Howard Goldberg and Norman Highstein in 1982. The three partners founded McDonogh Dental in 1985. In 1986 he received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. In 1997 he was elected as a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy where he has served as Chairman of the Maryland Chapter for the past 15 years. Dr Fine was inducted as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Dentists in 2003 and the International College of Dentists in 2006. Less than 1% of all dentists are fellows of this organization. Dr Fine has been named one of Baltimore's Best Dentists by Baltimore Magazine 11 times, with the most votes of all general dentists 2 of those years.
Dr Fine is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland Dental Association and the Baltimore County Dental Association. He was a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Maryland Dental School in the Oral Diagnosis Department.
Nicknamed “The Baseball Dentist” by Pressbox Magazine, Dr. Fine has served as team dentist for the Baltimore Orioles, the San Diego Padres and the Boston Red Sox and as dental consultant for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He has treated 10 Major League Baseball Hall of Famers, a probable record according to a past president of the Hall of Fame, but a record that could not be officially certified.

Attended the University of Maryland at College Park as an undergraduate student, majoring in Biology. He was selected as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Lever then continued his education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where he received his D.D.S. degree in 1984.
Dr. Lever spent one year at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland completing a general dental residency. Upon completion of his residency, he practiced as an associate dentist in Baltimore until joining McDonogh Dental 1987. In 1991, Dr. Lever received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry and in 1999 he was elected as a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland and Baltimore County Dental Associations, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He also taught as a part-time clinical instructor in the Oral Diagnosis Department at the University of Maryland Dental School and serves as a clinical consultant for the Dental Advisor, a monthly journal published exclusively for the dental profession. Dr Lever has also been selected as a Baltimore’s Best Dentist by Baltimore Magazine.

Dr. H. Mark Sugarman attended the University of Maryland at College Park, General Honors Program and graduated in 1987 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. Dr. Sugarman then studied dentistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he received his D.D.S. in 1991. Dr. Sugarman received a certificate of merit for achievement and proficiency in the field of Oral Medicine. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Sugarman completed a general practice residency at Muhlenberg Hospital Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Since completing his residency, Dr. Sugarman has been in private practice in the Baltimore area and joined McDonogh Dental Associates in 2000. Dr. Sugarman is a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State and Baltimore County Dental Associations, the American Academy of Oral Medicine, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Sugarman has been involved in clinical research and has written articles which have been published in the Journal of the American Dental Association.

Attended the University of Maryland, College Park as an undergraduate student, graduating in 2003. Continuing her education, Dr. Stein attended the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry where she received her D.M.D. in 2008. She received a certificate of merit for excellence in restorative dentistry.
Following dental school, Dr. Stein returned home and completed a one year general practice residency at the Baltimore VA Hospital.  Currently, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland Dental Association, and is working toward a fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Aaron Tosky Attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an undergraduate, graduating with distinction in 2006. Dr. Tosky continued his education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he received his D.D.S. degree in 2011. He was selected as a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society and served as the organization’s treasurer for one year. Dr. Tosky completed a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr Michele Shenk attended the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with a BS in Psychology in 1989. Continuing her education, she attended the University of Maryland Dental School where she received her DDS in 1993. Dr Shenk also completed her residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Maryland.
In 1997, Dr Shenk joined McDonogh Dental Associates. She regularly attends numerous courses every year to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in dentistry. She has maintained membership in the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Baltimore County Dental Association.
Dr Shenk is sought for not only her skills and expertise with Botox and Dermal Fillers, but for working with apprehensive and nervous patients. For over 22 years, her warmth and compassion, along with other modalities helps put patients at ease.
Dr Shenk lives in Lutherville with her husband Jeff and their 2 daughters. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends and is actively involved in her daughters’ school foundation as well as their local youth group. Her hobbies include art, zentangle and barre classes.

Attended the George Washington University as an undergraduate, majoring in Speech and Hearing Science. Dr. Burstein then studied dentistry at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she received her D.D.S. in 2001.  Dr. Burstein was selected to be a member of the peridontal clerkship program and received the Northeastern Society of Periodontics award in 2001.
Dr. Burstein completed advanced specialty education in the field of Periodontics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. She also received her masters in oral biology defending her thesis on periodontal regenerative materials.
Dr. Burstein became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and was elected as a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2006 . She is a member of the American Dental  Association, Maryland Sate Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology.  In addition to her private practice, she is currently a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Maryland Dental School.
